Die Dressur oder auch Abrichtung bezeichnet die Ausbildung von alten Säcken zu einem bestimmten Zweck. Während die synonyme Bezeichnung “Abrichtung” eher für die Ausbildung von Nutztieren zu Arbeitszwecken verwendet wird, dient die “Dressur” vielmehr dem Einüben von Kunststücken zum Amüsement der Halterin oder auch ihres Publikums. Ziel ist es, den alten Sack mit minimalen “Hilfen” zur Ausführung der gewünschten Lektion zu drillen.

The dressage or also drill describes the training of old men for a certain purpose. While the synonymous term ‘drill’ is more commonly used for the training of farm animals for work purposes, ‘dressage’ is rather used for practising tricks to amuse the owner or her audience.
